A pioneering charity saving lives and changing futures, through research, campaigning and education - removing the fear of breast cancer for good.

The Jill Meekings Breakthrough Tribute Fund

Jill sadly passed away on 14th March 2008. During her life, following her diagnosis with Breast Cancer, she was an active fundraiser and also a volunteer worker at Breakthrough Labs.

She completed two full marathon moonlight walks, a sponsored trek in Nepal, and organised several charity auction events. Last year she organised a Crocus walk in which several hundred friends participated. She raised tens of thousands of pounds.

We (Greg, Kiran and James) want to use this fund to raise money after her death in honour and memory of her life.

She was a very special person who touched many people in a very positive way.

We have set up a memorial webpage at http://jill.meekings.co.uk

Your generous donation will help support research into reducing the impact of this terrible desease on thousands of women like Jill.

Jill was a very special woman and she believed in the work of breakthrough breast cancer and really wanted to help others not suffer and go through what she herself had to experience. We hope donating here will help continue the work to reduce and eliminate similar suffering by others in the future.
